Discharged CCJ
A CCJ, that has been settled. This happens when the debt that the judgment was
for has been settled and proof is taken to the court that issued the judgement,
The court then issues a notice of satisfaction which is proof that the judgment
is now discharged.
Most lenders will not lend unless they see the satisfaction notice and even then
a lot will still not lend as you have had one in the first place.
